Join us for Art on the Green, an art fair featuring 50, safely spaced artists booths with all Colorado artists. For the health and safety of all our visitors to the Art on the Green Art Festival, the City of Greenwood Village and the Cultural Arts Program will implement the following safety precautions. 

  • The festival will take place on the grassy areas of Curtis Park.  

  • The festival footprint will be roped off and there will only be one entrance and one exit.

  • Attendees will be required to obtain a free ticket with a timed entry. Entries will be as following: 9am-10am (special timing for senior citizens only), 10-noon (ticket required), noon-2pm (ticket required), 2-4pm (ticket required), 4-6pm (open to the public with no ticket required, but still limited to the number of people within the footprint at one time).

  • The maximum number of attendees inside the festival footprint at any one given time is 175. This includes artists while in their booths. At this time we will limit the number of visitors inside the footprint to 125 at any one time. Staff members will be assigned with keeping track of the number of visitors inside the footprint during those times.

  • Visitors, artists and staff will be required to practice social distancing and wear a mask while inside the festival footprint.

  • Visitors will be asked to move in a clockwise rotation to view the artists booths and will be required to exit only in the designated area(s).

  • Masks, hand sanitizer and gloves will be available at the entrance and throughout the festival grounds. Visitors will be encouraged to wear mask while inside the festival grounds.

  • Signage will be placed at the festival entrance to encouraged required physical distancing, respiratory etiquette and hygiene.

  • The most relevant/ recent information from federal, state, and local health agencies about behaviors that mitigate the spread of disease will be posted at the festival entrance.

  • Groups of visitors will be limited to six. People from the same household do not need to be six feet apart. However, groups are asked to stay together as they visit artist booths. 

  • The maximum number of artists booths will be 50.

  • Booths will be placed at least 10 feet apart.

  • The Curtis Center for the Arts and its restrooms will be open and available to the public. However, additional port-o-potties will be available outside within the fair grounds.

  • The Curtis Center will continue to follow earlier, set guidelines by limiting the number of people in the gallery at one time.
